采用PLC可編程序控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離監(jiān)控觸摸屏操作人機(jī)對話，操作維護(hù)方便。

動作元件采用電-氣-液壓自動控制。多重安全保護(hù):轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、過振動保護(hù)、開蓋保護(hù)、電機(jī)過載過熱保護(hù)刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械/電氣雙重控制。

焊接式整體機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊機(jī)器承載強(qiáng)度高

全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等。

獨(dú)立式液壓站，可隔離安裝、方便檢修。

采用變頻控制，轉(zhuǎn)鼓速度無級可調(diào)?？砂匆笤O(shè)定進(jìn)料分離、洗滌脫水、卸料等工藝速度浮動平臺底座橡膠減振基礎(chǔ)。亦可選用液態(tài)阻尼減振器，減振效果*，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)減小機(jī)器振動對設(shè)備和環(huán)境的危害。
